At Gateways, we are committed to supporting the next generation of skilled disability support workers by offering meaningful student placements and volunteer opportunities. Our programs give students the chance to learn in real-world settings, build confidence, and develop practical skills that make a positive difference in the lives of children and adults with disability.
By partnering with leading education providers such as genU and The Gordon, we help shape a workforce that is passionate, capable, and ready to support more inclusive communities. Students gain valuable experience while contributing to a welcoming, safe, and empowering environment for the people we support.
