Who we are

A not-for-profit disability support organisation, building inclusive communities and supporting people to live meaningful lives.

At Gateways Support Services, we are more than a disability support provider. We are a not-for-profit, community-based organisation delivering National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and Department of Families, Fairness and Housing funded disability support services and working alongside people with disability and additional needs to create positive change. For over 45 years, we have supported children, adults, and families to live connected, meaningful, and enriched lives through personalised, compassionate support.

Our strength comes from the people who make Gateways what it is, our caring staff and volunteers, and the shared purpose, vision, and values that guide everything we do. As an experienced NDIS provider, we are committed to building inclusive communities full of possibility, where everyone is respected, supported, and empowered to achieve their goals and participate fully in everyday life.

Our Purpose, Vision and Values

Guided by our Purpose, Vision and Values, we lead with care, act with insight and remain committed to creating inclusive communities where people feel supported, respected and empowered.
