Work With Us
When you work with Gateways, you join that same community of care, making a real difference every day and helping open doors to possibility for the people we support.
Work with us
Gateways began with a simple belief, that people with disability need more than services; they need connection, understanding, and community. What started in Geelong with families supporting one another has grown into a not-for-profit organisation working alongside thousands of children and adults each year.
Today, Gateways is more than a workplace, we are a community of staff, volunteers, families, and supporters all working together toward one vision; an inclusive society full of possibilities. When you join Gateways, you’re not just taking on a role, you’re stepping into a shared journey with people who care deeply about supporting children and adults with disability, creating opportunities, and making a meaningful difference every day.
Every day, our team helps people with disability live the lives they choose. From providing day-to-day support, to fostering community connections, to shaping inclusive spaces, we ensure every person is seen, valued, and supported to live their life to the fullest.
At Gateways, we don’t just support people with disability to live full and meaningful lives, we do the same for our team.
We know that great support starts with feeling supported yourself. That’s why we focus on creating a workplace where you feel welcomed, valued and empowered to do your best work, while staying true to who you are. When you join Gateways, you become part of a purpose-driven organisation that’s deeply connected to its community and committed to helping both people and careers grow.
Whether you’re just starting out or looking to take the next step, you’ll be supported by experienced leaders, surrounded by people who care, and given real opportunities to learn, develop and make a genuine difference every day.
