Our experienced Support Coordinators take the time to listen and understand what matters most to you. We help you make sense of your NDIS plan, explain your funding in clear, everyday language, and connect you with disability and main stream support services that align with your goals, needs and lifestyle. 

We work alongside you, offering guidance, reassurance and practical support as you navigate your NDIS journey. Our focus is on building your confidence and choice, so you can make informed decisions and get the most out of your NDIS plan, with the support of a community that cares. 

Meet our team

Sarah Fowler

Specialist Support Coordinator

Sarah is a qualified Social Worker with experience across disability, child protection, housing, and supporting people and families through complex systems. She is passionate about Support Coordination and enjoys building genuine relationships and walking alongside people with a disability to support them to achieve their goals. Sarah especially enjoys working with young people and families, with a strong interest in early intervention.

Ashley Carter

Specialist Support Coordinator

Ashley holds a Certificate IV in Disability and a Certificate IV in Alcohol and Other Drugs, with a strong commitment to supporting people with complex needs. As a Support Coordinator, she is passionate about reducing barriers and connecting participants with the right NDIS, mainstream and community supports. With experience supporting hospital discharge and Child Protection‑related transitions, Ashley works collaboratively to help people build on their goals and live as independently as possible.

Nikita Lannoy

Support Coordinator

With a Diploma of Community Services and 13 years in the disability sector, Nikita has experience in several different roles including individual support, Supported Independent Living and now Support Coordination Nikita enjoys helping participants understand their NDIS plans, build confidence with their supports and navigate challenges with the NDIA. Her interests include justice, Alzheimer’s support, housing, and general support needs. She thrives on variety, connection and problem‑solving, to make sure the best outcome is achieved for her clients.

Samara Rhodes

Support Coordinator

Samara holds a Certificate IV in Individual Support and is completing a Diploma of Community Services. With two years’ experience across NDIS services, she values clear communication, patience, and compassion. Drawn to Support Coordination, she enjoys helping people navigate complex systems. Her empathetic, person‑centred approach is shaped by professional experience and lived experience supporting her partner after a stroke and her children through mental health challenges.

Tom McKay

Support Coordinator

Tom is passionate about helping people feel supported and confident as they navigate the NDIS. After eight years in financial services, he transitioned to the disability sector in 2024, becoming a Support Coordinator in 2025. Tom works collaboratively with participants to simplify processes and connect them with the right supports. He holds qualifications in commerce, financial planning, and community services.

Jodie Whittaker

Support Coordinator

Jodie brings extensive experience across the disability and community sectors and is passionate about helping people achieve their goals. Her background includes 12 years as a support worker, 5.5 years in Support Coordination, and 3 years as a Local Area Coordinator, alongside teaching qualifications. She offers specialist knowledge in spinal injury, neurological conditions, palliative care, assistive technology, and hospital transitions, enriched by lived experience as an amputee.

Kristy McRay

Support Coordinator

Kristy brings over 15 years’ experience in the disability sector, with strong expertise in direct support and coordination. She has lived experience as a parent of a child with disability and with psychosocial disability, and has worked with the NDIS since 2013. Passionate about mental health, Kristy supports people to understand the NDIS, navigate challenges, and exercise choice, control, and dignity in their lives.

Tien Vu

Support Coordinator

Tien has been a dedicated Support Coordinator with over five years of experience. He is passionate about empowering individuals and families to access and implement the supports they need. More specifically, he supports participants to effectively utilise their funding by linking them with appropriate supports and allied health services. The Vietnamese community is a particular area of interest for him, as he understands the unique challenges they, and other cultural communities, may face, particularly language barriers when navigating complex systems. Tien focuses on bridging this gap using a culturally inclusive approach to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Sim Kaur

Support Coordinator

Sim is passionate about supporting participants and families to navigate the NDIS with clarity, confidence, and purpose. With a background in Health Promotion and Wellbeing, she focuses on building practical, person‑centred support networks that achieve meaningful outcomes. Her professional interests include complex support coordination, capacity building, provider collaboration, wellbeing initiatives, and supporting participants through life transitions. Outside of work, Sim values faith, family, and kindness. She enjoys music, reading, journaling, creative activities, and has a strong curiosity about space, existence, and the natural world.

Courtney Baker

Support Coordinator

Courtney brings extensive experience to her role as a Support Coordinator, holding qualifications in Teaching, Arts, Health Science and Community Services. With more than five years in the disability sector and three years in support coordination, she values working collaboratively with participants to identify solutions, achieve goals and improve quality of life. Courtney is particularly passionate about supporting people of all ages with psychosocial disability, autism and intellectual disability, and feels privileged to be trusted with participants’ stories, goals and aspirations.

Rachelle Everet

Support Coordinator

With a Certificate IV in Disability and 16 years’ experience across the disability sector, Rachel brings deep knowledge and genuine care to every participant journey. Passionate about promoting choice and control, she supports informed decision‑making and work to break down barriers to meaningful supports. Rachels strengths include capacity building, strengthening self‑advocacy, and collaborating closely with allied health, housing, and community services to achieve positive, lasting outcomes.

Ronnie Burns

Support Coordinator

With over 18 years’ experience in the disability sector, including 14 years as a teacher’s aide in a local Special School, Ronnie brings deep practical knowledge to Specialist Support Coordination. Having worked in direct support and Support Coordination, she is passionate about achieving positive, person‑centred outcomes. A key area of interest is housing, supporting participants to find or develop solutions that truly meet their individual needs.

Kerry Prunell

Support Coordinator

Kerry has a have a Bachelor of Business and a Diploma of Community Services, and she brings a strong mix of organisation, problem-solving and people skills to her role. Before becoming a Support Coordinator, Kerry worked in customer relations and operations management, where she developed a calm, practical approach to problem-solving and building genuine positive relationships. She is passionate about helping people make sense of their supports, feel more confident in their choices, and build independence over time. Kerry loves the variety in her role and enjoys working alongside participants to create support networks that truly work for them.
